We may share de-identified/aggregated data without restriction. Some sharing for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.

Nevada: our uses are not "sales" under Nevada law.

  • Deletion: of personal information we collected (subject to exceptions)

  • Correction: of inaccurate personal information

We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes subject to the CCPA's right to limit.

7. Privacy Rights for Consumers in Covered States Outside California

Residents of CO, CT, OR, TX, UT, and VA have rights to:

  • Confirm/Access processing and get a copy (portable)

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Delete personal information (subject to exceptions)

  • Opt Out of targeted advertising, sales of personal information, and profiling producing legal/similarly significant effects (we do not engage in such profiling)

Appeals: If we deny a request, you may appeal using our webform or toll-free number.

Submitting & Authentication: Use our webform or call 1-800-257-1180. We may request 2-3 data points to verify identity and, if applicable, your authorized agent's authority.

8. Email Preferences

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the "unsubscribe" link. We may still send transactional or service-related messages (e.g., order confirmations, security notices).

9. Third-Party Sites & Social Media

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and social platforms. Their practices are governed by their own policies. If you interact with Social Features (e.g., "like," "follow," share), that information may be public, and the platform may receive data about your activity.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your account credentials.

11. Order Terms

We want you to be satisfied with your order. We offer the following solutions for order cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please contact us directly with any questions about our policies.

A. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can update or abandon your order any time before selecting 'Pay for Pickup' or 'Pay for Delivery'. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin preparing it and cannot accept cancellations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including food availability, description/price errors, or suspected fraud.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies: Menu items may be mispriced, unavailable, or inaccurately described. We cannot guarantee accuracy and may update/correct information at any time without notice.

Prices Policy: Prices may be revised before or after accepting an order due to factors beyond our control; you may cancel if prices change.

B. Refunds and Returns

If you receive an order with missing items, wrong items, or unsatisfactory items, please contact us. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used.

Payments: All items require one-time payment via available methods. Authorization checks apply.

12. Delivery Policy

A. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and discuss options.

B. Delivery Area

Items are only available for delivery to addresses within a fixed radius around our restaurant. You can enter your address to see if you are in our delivery zone.

C. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. We make every effort to fulfill your order within this time period.

D. Delivery Date

Delivery date will be chosen at the time the items are ordered.

E. Delivery Fee

Additional delivery fees may apply.

13. Additional Terms

  • Intellectual Property: Service content and features are our exclusive property, protected by copyright and trademark.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid through the Service or $100 if nothing purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • "AS IS" Disclaimer: Service is provided without warranty. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Governing Law: Subject to applicable laws of your country/state.

  • Dispute Resolution, Severability, Waiver: Standard provisions apply.
